This was our second stay at one of Matt's properties, we were not disappointed, it was just as good as the first stay and would happily return. The location is beautiful surrounded by the water with lots of space around the property, we spent our time relaxing around the pool. The house has everything you need with many nice touches. Matt was pro-active in communicating there was a slight delay to check in due to the previous guests but as we were made aware it didn't impact us. Maureen makes sure the house feels like home with fresh flowers and her lovely home baked cookies.

We had the best bachelorette weekend at the Blake Estate. We were welcomed by a fresh bunt cake, and jazz music. Matt and Gerry have a lot to offer (ie. Welcome package, personal chef) and are extremely responsive to questions. Thank you, Kathy

We had an amazing stay at Matt's place. The 14 of us (10 adults and 4 kids) always felt like we had enough space, but there were also spaces where we could all be together. The kids loved the extra spaces (movie theatre, etc) and the beach. We appreciated that there was something for everyone (games, fishing, relaxing, beach). The house itself was beautiful and well stocked. Matt and Gerry were very responsive and worked to get the pool up and running when the jellyfish made it unpleasant to swim in the river. Everyone gave the property high marks and is asking when we can come back again.

It was so simple and easy to work with Matt! We made plans at the last minute and he was so accommodating to make everything work out for us! All the touches were amazing and definitely created an amazing feeling as we approached the property and all the way through! Love all the little details to make our vacation truly magical! Highly recommend!

All the pictures shown on the listing were accurate, and everything was great. I chose the property due to its many amenities and fun activities, such as being a waterfront property with pool tables, shuffleboard, a movie room, kayaking, and being large enough to accommodate up to 14 guests. Matt and Gerry were very responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend and will continue to check out their other properties.

This was a stunning retreat and 100 percent what we envisioned when we booked it. Quite simply, everything has been thought through and anything you could want is provided. This was the ideal place to relax and disconnect for a little bit. Could not recommend the property more for anyone!

I thought about squatting in the home and not leaving! It exceeded my high expectations! The home was well stocked, entertaining for folks with different types of hobbies. The photos honestly does not do justice to this place, its is absolutely amazing and that doesn't describe it adequately. I will definitely make this location one of my frequent visits! Remember, you can't go wrong with this selection. Your hosts are very friendly and thoughtful. You will be in good hands!
