We had an amazing stay at Matt's place. The 14 of us (10 adults and 4 kids) always felt like we had enough space, but there were also spaces where we could all be together. The kids loved the extra spaces (movie theatre, etc) and the beach. We appreciated that there was something for everyone (games, fishing, relaxing, beach). The house itself was beautiful and well stocked. Matt and Gerry were very responsive and worked to get the pool up and running when the jellyfish made it unpleasant to swim in the river. Everyone gave the property high marks and is asking when we can come back again. We loved the chef add on experience. We were served a three course meal and all the ingredients were organic/fresh! I would definitely stay at this Estate again and I am hoping that I can check out their other properties!

All the pictures shown on the listing were accurate, and everything was great. I chose the property due to its many amenities and fun activities, such as being a waterfront property with pool tables, shuffleboard, a movie room, kayaking, and being large enough to accommodate up to 14 guests. Matt and Gerry were very responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend and will continue to check out their other properties.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of lovely amenities. The many different spaces and additional buildings, including a sauna, a bar/game room and a movie theater and gym truly does give it a "resort" feel. The interior design is unique and thoughtfully decorated, and the views are lovely. It was perfect for our group of 9; we felt connected but not crowded. Checkout was also extremely simple and stress-free; the hosts asked very little of us at checkout, which made our departure easy and relaxing.

Matt and Gerry’s place is unique, beautiful, has everything you possibly need and more. My family, parents, and my sisters family all stayed here for my moms 70th and w loved this house. The kids loved the theatre, we played pool, shuffle board, ping pong, cooked a ton, enjoyed the private dock and gazebo. It was perfect. Would love to come back and enjoy this place in the warm weather. Amazing!

I thought about squatting in the home and not leaving! It exceeded my high expectations! The home was well stocked, entertaining for folks with different types of hobbies. The photos honestly does not do justice to this place, its is absolutely amazing and that doesn't describe it adequately. I will definitely make this location one of my frequent visits! Remember, you can't go wrong with this selection. Your hosts are very friendly and thoughtful. You will be in good hands!
